Dear customer,

Through our on-line reservation service, you are contracting a tourist accommodation reservation, service subject to the following conditions:

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

The specific data you enter when making the reservation (hotel, number of rooms, date of entry, number of nights, etc.) will be available on the voucher generated. Check carefully the details of your reservation before proceeding to the confirmation.

As a general rule, the price of the reservation only includes: accommodation or bed and breakfast. The availability and price of special services such as: need for a cot, extra bed, etc. that could not be included in the calculation of the on-line reservation, will be pending confirmation by the hotel, which will be made by telephone or via e-mail to the client.

GENERAL CONDITIONS THAT THE CLIENT DECLARES AND ACCEPTS

This service is aimed solely and exclusively at adults with the legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website. The user expressly accepts these conditions.

On arrival at the hotel, the user must hand in the voucher corresponding to his/her on-line reservation at the reception desk.

The total and final calculation of the reservation includes V.A.T. unless it is not expressly included. Any other tax or fee that affects the final price will be settled additionally at the hotel establishment. The prices do not include the sustainable tourism tax or eco-tax.

As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise, rooms may be used from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure. The reservation will be guaranteed until 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. Therefore, in the event that the user expects to arrive at the hotel at a different time than that indicated, it will be advisable to communicate this circumstance as far in advance as possible.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

The reservation made may be cancelled via e-mail to reservas@paraisodealcudia.com always indicating the reference number.

Cancellation policy

  • - Cancellations made more than 3 days before the date of arrival: no charge.
  • - Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged.
  • - In case of no-show, the card provided will be charged 100% of the amount of the stay.
  • - In case of unforeseen departure, the card provided will be charged 100% of the amount of the stay pending.


Bank charges generated by cancellations of reservations will be charged to the customer. In any case, the corresponding invoice will be sent to the address given by the client when registering.

Modification of the reservation. The reservation made may be modified at a later date by e-mail to reservas@paraisodealcudia.com, always indicating the reference number. The success of the modification will depend on the availability of the Aparthotel PARAÍSO DE ALCUDIA at the time of the request.

The offers will be valid only during the period fixed by the aparthotel Paraíso de Alcudia in the advertising, or in its absence, during the time in which they are accessible to the clients for their effective contracting.

CLIENT'S RIGHTS

All the information provided to the client will be binding on the offeror under the terms established by consumer protection legislation.

All users of the tourist services have the right to have the goods and services they acquire be of the category and legal requirements contracted or of that quality which is directly proportional to the category of the tourist establishment.

All establishments are obliged to have a complaints book at the disposal of the customer, where they can register their complaints. To make a complaint, request these sheets, fill in your personal details and clearly indicate the reason for the complaint.

DUTIES OF THE CLIENT

In the enjoyment of the contracted tourist services, all users have the following obligations

  • -To pay the price of the services contracted, without the presentation of a complaint or claim exempting them from this obligation.
  • - To comply with the particular rules of the hotel establishment whose services they enjoy.
  • - To observe the rules of hygiene, education and good manners towards the rest of the users and the personnel of the hotel establishment that provides the service.
  • - Respect the environment.


The APARTHOTEL PARAÍSO DE ALCUDIA reserves the right to make the modifications it considers appropriate to the conditions exposed. The client accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is the Spanish one and submits to the Jurisdiction and Courts of the Balearic Islands for the resolution of the conflicts derived from the interpretation and application of the present contract.
