Paraíso de Alcudia offers lodging services in a privileged location in the beach of Alcudia. The hotel is comprised by 216 apartments and 1 suite distributed in 6 floors. Renovations have been carried along the years in order to keep providing our guests efficient and up to date installations.
The property and management of the hotel, conscious of the impact that the activities may have in the environment, have decided in line with ISO 14001 standards, to assume the following policies:
- Establish objectives and goals regarding the environment, which will eventually lead to an improvement of the impact the hotel’s processes have on the environment as well as optimizing the resources needed for the processes themselves.
- To take into account risks and opportunities according to internal and external factors in the context of the organization´s activities to establish objectives.
- To fully follow any environmental legislation that applies to the hotel, as well as voluntarily choosing to follow non mandatory regulations regarding environmental care.
- Analyze frequently the environmental aspects of the organizations under a life cycle vision in order to minimize as possible the environmental impact, especially those regarding to the consumption of non renewable resources, water usage and the management of waste.
- To train, inform and promote environmental care among the Paraiso de Alcudia staff members, by means of training programs which will help ensure that their activities are carried out in accordance to the strict environmental guidelines set out by the program, the local laws and the ISO Certification.
- To put into practice activities focused on improving the environmental consciousness of our guests, providers and third party companies employed by the hotel. Special care will be placed on the groups of interest, promoting and improving cooperation between them and the hotel, creating a special bond that ensures proper care of the environment.
The environmental policy is shared with any interested parties regarding the hotel. It is also available in the hotel’s website in order to remain accessible to our guests, collaborators and any interested party. It is reviewed frequently.
